Stephen Moore

Extensive business career in private and public companies spanning 30 years. Strong experience as Founder, visionary, leader and entrepreneur. Comprehensive board experience as Chairman and CEO, Stephen’s knowledge is based around events, exhibitions, retail, technology and media. His passion is innovation, taking new products and services to market. In his career he has founded six companies, raised over £70million on and off public markets, and more recently through his current business IP-Config innovation helped in over twenty others.

He is now chairman of Harvest Digital, Visual Voice, and 8 Northumberland Avenue, and continues other innovation project work.

Toby Constantine

Toby is a senior marketing and communications executive with over 25 years management experience in media, telecoms and technology sectors. He has been Marketing Director of three publishing groups: News International, Telegraph Media Group and Metro International SA. In addition to his senior roles in large corporations, Toby has also spent time as an entrepreneur starting and managing a digital communications business, a mobile telecom marketing services business, a media advisory business and launching The Cloud, Europe’s largest Wi-Fi network. He is particularity excited by and focused on the intersection of the consumer, personal digital technology and business.

He is currently running Market Revolution, an advisory firm focused on strategic and marketing development and is an Associate Director of GFM, a Marketing Services Firm and Beta (London), an advertising agency.

Toby is also a strategic advisor to a number of start-up and early stage companies concentrating on web, mobile and digital media. He is a founder shareholder in two patent granted technology companies in the mobile and data management space and high50, a web services business for the over 50’s.

Emma Coker

Proven in recruitment strategy, advisory and delivery – linking today’s people to tomorrow’s business.

Emma’s approach is both agile and innovative, and she is an expert at developing international hiring campaigns. Her strategic and tactical knowledge enable a seamless “brand to hire” roadmap for talent acquisition. She works with companies across the globe to understand their brand ethos, matching their hiring requirements with exceptional talent.

Emma’s career began over 20 years ago, with strong business experience in sales, management and recruitment . Her expertise encompasses a broad range of recruitment solutions, including: talent management, executive on-boarding, executive coaching and head hunting.

Emma is a proactive, high achiever, with strong interpersonal skills. Her training and skill sets include headhunting, career coaching and board executive coaching. Intuitive, but analytical and process driven, she is able to link today’s people to tomorrow’s business needs.


Cara Moore

Cara’s professional career spans over 20 years successfully balancing being a business woman and family life. After graduating from Cambridge University she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor specialising in commercial property. More recently she qualified as a Professional Coach, certified by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and has built a coaching practice that helps professional people to lead more meaningful lives at home and at work. Her niche is driving commercial value at an organisational and personal level for leaders and senior management by supporting her clients to make the necessary changes to live and work with purpose and achieve their potential. By using her skills to train, reposition, understand and improve individual capability, Cara helps high achievers use coaching as a competitive gain.

Production, Delivery, Project Management and Manufacturing

Kieran Breheny

Over a period of 12 years Kieran and his team successfully developed and launched over 100 innovative electronics products, generating between 20-25% of revenue (revenue £120 million/annum) each year from new products launched in the prior 12 months. Kieran has in-depth management experience including the management of over 130 research and development engineers, based in multiple countries. He also has extensive experience in the acquisition and licensing of key technologies. Kieran’s financial responsibility included maximising returns from an annual development budget in excess of £10 million, where his role expanded as the Company transitioned from a limited company to a plc. The strategic planning of the whole business provided Kieran with both a challenge and significant satisfaction which resulted in the considerable top and bottom line growth of Raymarine plc.

David Seall C.Eng, FRAeS, MiMMM, MIoD

David is an experienced executive and engineer. He has a wealth of knowledge of the manufacturing, engineering and technology sectors. His expertise lies in strategic management, business development, governance and business planning and is an exponent and advocate of “Lean Manufacturing” and the lean enterprise.

David received his technical training as a Graduate Apprentice within GEC-Marconi, working on underwater weapons systems. He then joined British Aerospace to head up their materials engineering function. When his facility was spun off from the main group, he led the Research and Development function. This was followed by a successful spell in project management when he led teams to design and manufacture the Eurofighter Typhoon Supersonic Fuel Tank, the Airbus A300-600ST Beluga Main Cargo Door system and the Boeing 737-700 wing fixed leading edge. Following this, David set up and led Hamble Design Services Ltd, a design bureau managing work packages for the major aircraft OEM’s across the world.

David then joined EEF South as Chief Executive and was responsible for growing turnover from £2.1m to £10m, leading his team to the successful award and retention of contracts to run the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) for the South East and London. This delivered lean manufacturing and process excellence advice to manufacturing businesses. In this role he advised Government on all levels on manufacturing, technology and skills policy.

He is Chairman of the Surrey Branch of the Institute of Directors and is also working with Ecopare Ltd as an Independent Director. David is retained by DMH Stallard LLP, one of the leading law firms in the South East, in a non-executive capacity as Strategic Advisor- Manufacturing. He has also worked with Portsmouth Aviation Ltd as Senior Independent Director.

Marketing and Sales

Liz Rushall MBA MCIM BA

A commercially focused marketing professional, with 20+ years’ experience of devising and implementing strategies to achieve revenue growth; repositioning brands to build corporate image, and driving business objectives through effective marketing and sponsorship. Liz has highly developed skills at identifying and tailoring core propositions and products to key audiences.

Her considerable experience includes: repositioning and re-launching Gill (a global marine apparel brand) increasing sales from £1.1m to £5m in six years – moving this second tier brand to top 3 in UK, and USA market leader. Developing the brand strategy for a start-up online exhibition and events technology service which raised £35m at IPO on the London Stock Exchange and leading a strategic review and project managed brand repositioning and identity change for SYS Wessex, enabling the company to successfully tender for PFI contracts in new market sectors.

Minty Colquhoun

An award winning, service-driven and commercially minded professional Minty holds a sound track record in producing strategic communications campaigns with clear, measurable results. Used to working at Board level, Minty is driven by the challenge of exceeding targets and the expectations of others; she consistently delivers value by extracting the power of marketing and maximising ROI from the correct messaging, research and analysis of channels to market.

Finance and Corporate Finance

Philip Poyner

Philip is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years extensive experience working as a Finance Director for small and medium size companies including manufacturing, retail and technology. A disciplined professional, with a holistic and practical approach to corporate finance, Philip’s energy and drive to make a difference is a key asset much valued by clients.

Roland Tate

Roland is an experienced small cap corporate financier and has been involved in over 110 corporate finance transactions over the last 23 years. He is a director of training company Business Impact UK Ltd and was for 8 years until 2010 a director of listed acquisition vehicle Lupus Capital plc during which time the company grew from sales of £6 million to £250 million and over £330 million of finance was raised from institutional investors. He formed his own corporate finance house in January 2005 following 9 years “Big 4” and regional corporate finance lead advisory positions, 4 years as Corporate Finance Director. Prior to this, he spent 5 years as a venture capitalist and was a director of several VC backed companies.

In 2008 he formed a fund with Bryan Sanderson to invest in the equity gap in UK companies based in the north east with credit crunch related problems, recently completing an investment of £685,000 in an early stage technology business with Stephen Moore. Roland is a Fellow of the Chartered Securities and Investment Institute (FCSI), his contact base spans venture capitalists, bankers, brokers, shell sponsors, directors of large and small corporates and a host of other professionals and entrepreneurs.

Chris Dines

An experienced business leader with a professional, financial background. Chris has had much success in his career to date, whether as Chief Executive, Finance Director or professional advisor. He has led and advised both private and public companies, and has hands on experience of business turn-round, fund raising, IPO, acquisitions and company sale.

Chris’s career has allowed him to build an extensive network of contacts in the business world, and he enjoys access to many leaders in the private sector (particularly in finance, technology and professional services), Third sector, Government and the academic world. The lines are increasingly blurred between these categories, and Chris enjoys linking people and ideas together.
